The NeuroAdvantage™ Trainer is not recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a treatment or cure for any mental or medical condition.
Healthcare professionals licensed in their respective States and jurisdictions incorporate the NeuroAdvantage™ Trainer light and sound machine into their professional practices under their own license and without any direction regarding your care by NeuroAdvantage™ LLC. NeuroAdvantage™ LLC does not provide any warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the specific use of the NeuroAdvantage™ Trainer by any such professional.
The NeuroAdvantage™ Trainer should not be used by people on a pacemaker or with a history of brain seizures, epilepsy, light-stimulated seizures, high light sensitivity, or cardiac arrhythmia. Though light and sound neurotherapy machines have been used for decades—with tens of thousands of people experiencing their benefits—it is possible for them to trigger a light-stimulated seizure in the same way that strobe lights do in approximately one in ten thousand people. For this reason, you should only use the NeuroAdvantage™ Trainer in a sitting or reclined position since the main risk from suffering such a seizure is that you would hurt yourself if you fall.
People who suffer from a mental disorder, or who are on prescription medication, should consult with their doctor before using the NeuroAdvantage™ Trainer. Anyone taking prescription medication while using the NeuroAdvantage™ Trainer should consult with their prescribing physician prior to making any changes in, or ending the use of, their medication.
